Character health issues can be increased in Many ways by:
Increasing the personality level - with every degree, the character will gain 12 health points. Exotic skills - some abilities on the capability tree permit you raise the proportion of health issues or to acquire points. Increasing the Strength attribute - every 10 factors increases the health point swimming.
Gear - a lot of items offer a bonus to health points or Strength parameter.
Indirect - because it doesn't affect the number of health points - a way to improve the nature's endurance is to boost its defensive parameters - i.e. defense, dodging and resistance to specific elements. This will not increase the number of health issues, however you'll lose less with every blow that is received.
To restore health, you can:
Use potions - Hybrid Flask things and Life Flask allow you to restore a particular number of health issues. Health mechanically - regeneration can be accomplished through the items and skills the character is equipped with.
